Some background information first might be helpful. We bought every clipart package available for X4 and installed them. I had another error a few minutes ago and the fix was an X4 patch. I downloaded and ran the patch, restarted my computer. Now, every time I open Corel Draw / Smart Designer X4 I get this:>>

... And I say, "Yes, Diagnose"... It asks you to describe what you were doing when the error occurred - Opening it. Then it sends the info off and you read this box:>>
