Just recieved the DVD and manual for X4 thank you it has been a long wait...but is it just me or is anyone else having as many problems as me to get the program to work correctly!  After loading from DVD I Have had problem after problem...please HELP!!!

There should be few if any problems with the DVD version. You should completely remove the prior version first using the uninstaller from the control  panel, including deleting the installation folder, except for the Template folder, then reboot. Install and then reboot again after installation. Reset Corel's workspace when starting Corel the first time after installation.

It is always a good idea to reboot after uninstalling or installing a program and you should make that a habit.

Follow the steps above to the tee. If you do not do that you will have problem after problem when updating from the download version.
