I having problems working with adding designs to the customer database. I save the file as told to and then save to the customer file with the customer art window opened. The message comes up to say that the file has been saved to the file but no icon is available to select and load the file. I have rebooted the program and still no file. I have also tried to refresh with the F5 key and typically that will give me an error and then the customer database window will grey out and not be accessible @ all.

Anyone have any hints about what I may be doing wrong or what may be going on? I have tried this @ work which is registered with the latest updated for SDX4 and @ home which is unregistered and the update previous to the latest update for SDX4 with both having the same issue. Thanks!

I'm going to post a reply to my own message. I think the above was problem of my own doing. (btw don't tell hubby as far as he knows I'm perfect and I know everything!) I wasn't clicking off the setting that say open selected art when saving the file to the customer. The issue I'm continuing to have is when I delete a customer it stays in the customer art box even though when I check by opening the X4 organizer that the customer isn't there. I have even tried shutting down and opening the program entirely. The name is still in the drop down box even when the customer is completely deleted.
