I'm running Corel X4 and SD X4. I was able to use the bevel feature out of Corel X4 (just playing around) the program closed down (didn't go into save mode saying there was an error). I have 2 gigs of ram so it isn't a memory issue. I even went in an rebooted the program and also did a cold boot on the computer to refresh everything. Still the same thing is happeneing. So the design I wanted to do a bevel on I ended up using the Adobe Photoshop bevel layer feature.

There are some issues with X4 in general and does tend to just shut down for apparently no reason. Maybe you could post a sample of the art to see if we can replicate the error. I could then pass it on to Corel. If you ever get a CARM dialog it is always a good idea to complete the information and send it along. Corel does look at those and they take them very seriously.
